How we handle your information — clearly and respectfully.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

LUSTRIVO (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a premium mobile car wash and vehicle detailing service operating in Fulham and West London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at hello@example.com or via our Contact page.

2. Information we collect

Booking details — your name, phone number, email address, service address and postcode, vehicle details, chosen service, appointment date and time, and any notes you provide.

Enquiry details — your name, email address, optional phone number and the contents of your message when you contact us.

Payment information — payments made online are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card details on this website.

Website usage data — limited technical information collected through cookies, as described below, where you consent.

3. How we use your information

To manage, confirm and carry out your booking, including reminders and service-related messages.
To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
To process payments and maintain business records.
To improve our website and services (using anonymised or aggregated data where possible).
With your explicit consent only, to send occasional service updates or offers.

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are: performance of a contract (your booking), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running our business), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies) and legal obligations (record-keeping).

4. Sharing your information

We never sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, our payment provider (to take payment), email/calendar tools (to confirm and remind you about appointments) and website hosting/analytics providers. These providers process data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed to provide our services, handle follow-up enquiries and meet legal, accounting and insurance requirements. When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@example.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections on this website and restricted access to booking information.

8. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies (such as your browser’s local storage) can serve the same purpose; we refer to all of these as “cookies” here.

9. Cookies we use

Essential — required for the website to function, including remembering your cookie preferences and supporting the online booking process on your device.

Third-party — links to services such as Instagram and WhatsApp may set their own cookies when you choose to visit them; these are controlled by those providers’ policies.

10. Managing cookies

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit. You can also block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; please note that blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of this website (including booking) work on your device.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown at the top.
