Just access to your vehicle and a little space around it. If anything else would help for your chosen service, we'll confirm it with you before your appointment so there are no surprises on the day. You're welcome to stay and watch — or leave us to it.

From around one hour for a maintenance wash to half a day for our specialist signature detail. Estimated durations for every service and vehicle size are shown on our Services & Pricing page and confirmed in your booking, including any extras.

Prices are set by vehicle size — Small (e.g. Fiat 500, Mini), Medium (e.g. VW Golf, BMW 3 Series) or Large / SUV (e.g. Range Rover, BMW X5) — plus any optional extras you choose. Your exact total is always shown before you confirm your booking, with no hidden fees.

The choice is yours: pay securely online using the payment link we email you after booking, or pay on the day by card or cash once your service is complete and you've inspected the finish. We never activate deposits or extra charges without telling you first.

Absolutely. Our Luxury Maintenance Wash is designed for weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits, keeping your car immaculate all year round. Regular clients also receive priority booking — contact us to set up a rhythm that suits you.

Light rain rarely stops us, but if the weather makes your chosen service impossible — or your plans change — just contact us as early as you can by phone, WhatsApp or email and we'll rearrange your appointment for a time that suits.

We use premium, paintwork-safe products with a careful two-bucket hand-wash technique and plush microfibre throughout — the gentle, swirl-conscious approach fine vehicles deserve. Interior products are chosen to be safe for leather, alcantara and delicate trims.
